In the Storage sense , It shows almost 2 GB is allocated for videos in the Phone memory.
And I endeavour to click Manage button , It is navigated to the Video Awarding where I can mark and delete video files. But Even so there I could not see the videos inside the Phone memory. It is only showing the videos in my retentivity carte du jour. Deleting it volition only reduce my memory card allocation.
I think some where some what videos/Photos kept some where in the phone retentivity where a user cannot enter.
Encounter the figure . About two GB space is going useless this way.

It nonetheless doesn't solve my problem. At present my telephone is almost full, but some MB infinite is available. I tried un-installing apps from the memories and moved apps to sd bill of fare. But yet the telephone system memory is unchanged and it took majority of the phone memory. How to free up organisation retentivity with out a hard reset ? On the time I brought my phone , it was nearly 2 GB and now its nearly 4.5 gb. And as I said previous thread, videos and paradigm files are still there in the phone memory. But I could non find it in by using file explorer.
And I tried using the cleaner app and the methods followed on your reply thread. But it gratis the storage upwards to 500 kb or beneath. And I am experiencing problems like telephone stuck, apps not working or launching etc..
I have ane and one only query about this. Can we make clean up the system infinite ?

Thank you for the follow up.
